Hackney Half Marathon

RUN SOCIAL's end of Spring event... Sunday May 21st, a morning running around one of the best shandy-mazza's in town! RUNSOC members will be heading to Hackney on the 21.05.23 and to the start line to run this absolute ripper of a half marathon that London has to offer. The event begins in the heart of East London before sending runners dashing around the East end through the huge crowds and back to the Hackney Marshes where there'll a festival atmosphere for all to enjoy.

Our members might be aiming for a PB in the race, they could be trying to complete a personal challenge they've set themselves, or they may be there to cruise around, take in the sites, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the day; it does not matter. RUN SOCIAL are here to help us all achieve our personal goals no matter what they are.

A great way to set yourself to achieve a goal and keep yourself accountable is set a longterm goal! And the hugely popular Hackney Half will give you everything you've wanted from a running event and more.

Make the most of your summer's hardwork and all the Wednesday Club runs you've been to and put yourself up to the Hackney Half whether you're a first timer or a PB-smasher!!
