A RUNSOC 50:5 but slightly different! 50% of our RS Team are females and represent us excellently in the community. And on March 8th, IWD, our wonderful women will be taking over the event adding a new dimension to RUNSOC!

International Women's Day RUNSOC 50:5
We’re a community with no gender agenda and yet weekly over half of our participants are females (which is pretty bloody cool), so our wonderful woman have gotten their heads together and plotted a RUNSOC IWD event, supported by our amazing men!
With more giveaways, gifts and digital goodie bags for all who attend (!!), shoe trials in Bristol and London, and we’ll be creating content focussing in on some of our key female role models from around the country.
RUNSOC will continue to partner with HOKA ensuring we can provide the best kit for our people, and EarthRuns where we plant a tree for every participant!

RUNSOC communities country wide get together to participate in our 50:5 events, each trying to get 50 people running 5k and helping people do something good themselves.  No cost, like our Wednesday Club events, these events are super welcoming and are a barrel of fun. For anyone wondering what we're all about and why're making all this noise, come along and give it a go!

Think slower pace than usual, more networking and a chat, followed up by a big group staying to socialise with free non-alcoholic drinks providedÂ

RUN SOCIAL members will have plenty of notice ahead of the events to keep the date clear and you will be asked to RSVP via the sign up page.

Bring yourself, your running shoes, some average chat and as long as you don't mind sweating whilst having a drink; you'll fit right in with the rest of us.
