RunSoc Trains & Trails Series | Epping Forest

RUN SOCIAL continues it's Trains & Trail running campaign and this time we're heading to Epping Forest for a 14km route around beautiful forest trails.

The route is not technical so will suit runners of all abilities, so whether you’re a seasoned trail runner or its your first time please come along. Most of the trails are either paths or compressed gravel so trail shoes are not necessary but bring them along if you have them!

After the run we will head to The Victoria Tavern for a post run social. They have a great outdoor area that we can hopefully enjoy in the sun and the pub is only a 5 min walk from the station.

Time: Meet at 11am to run at 11:20am.

Pace: 6:00/6:15min per km and 7:30min per km pace
