RUNSOC x BOL - Run To Feel Unstoppable

Join us for an unstoppable event, powered by BOL Foods! 

Together, we’re hosting a 5.5km run along the Thames, featuring big energy, with even bigger anthems to match. This is a run to celebrate feeling your absolute best, so whether you’re an experienced runner or just starting out, we’d love to have you along. We'll be carrying the Sound System up-down-and-round-and-round the river at our RUNSOC group at 6min/KM pace, and our RUNSLOW group heading out for 6:30min+/KM's. 

After the run, it’s time for BOL to bring the nourishment with their bundle of goodies including their Power Soups: packed with goodness to get you feeling unstoppable all day long, keeping those endorphins flowing long after the run has finished.
