RUN SOCIAL Brighton run beach-and-sea-side from the BrewDog Brighton every Weds for Wednesday Club, our weekly 5k-10k social runs. Having this central spot as our meet point really enables our Community Leaders the opportunity to take the group either along the coast or through the town whilst being able to conveniently start and finish at the same spot.

Flat and scenic up and down the beach and coastline, the Brighton RUNSOC is envy of most of our clubs due to the sea-breeze and milder weather conditions (sorry to the RUNSOC Aberdeen community, but it's true!).

RUNSOC Brighton offers runs from 5k - 5.5k (with a 2nd circuit for the more ambitious) with an average pace of 30 mins per 5k. If you do feel good on the day and wanna' just get your steps in, or training for something longer distance? Find a RUNSOC member and just keep going, and going, and going, and going...

Brighton RUNSOC is run by our volunteer teams and Community Leaders who will meet you at i360 from 6pm, with a short and snappy warm-up at 6.10pm, to be ready to boot at 6.20pm.
