RUN SOCIAL continues its summer series with a trip down south to the sunny Brighton seaside for a long run with a swim to finish!

The stunning route will be based along the seafront with minimal road disruption, and will have no hilly surprises. This route will suit runners of all abilities, whether you’re a seasoned and experienced runner or it’s your first time, please come along. It is likely to be hot, with us running in direct sunlight for the entirety of the route so we ask that you make sure you are protected from the sun and bring hydration in whatever form. 

After the run we will reconvene at Tempest for a post-run social. They have a great indoor and outdoor area that we can enjoy in the sun, with a space allocated for our group. The beach is 5 seconds from the venue so feel free to…
